Brad Chapin is Executive Vice President of U.S. Business Banking for BMO Harris Bank. He is responsible for executing strategy and driving performance of BMO Harris’ Business Banking segment in the U.S.
He began his career in 1984 as a commercial banker at Harris Bank in Chicago, and joined M&I Bank in 1990. Chapin has more than 25 years of experience in commercial banking, retail banking, business banking and regional bank management.
Prior to his current role, Chapin was the Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking for M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Locally, Chapin is a member of the Board and serves on the Finance Committee for United Way of Greater Milwaukee. He also serves on the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce Board, the MMAC Board, and the Schools That Can Milwaukee Board. He is a past board member of the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation, the Northern Star Council of the Boy Scouts, St. Mary’s Hospital of Green Bay Foundation, and the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation.
Chapin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Chicago.
