BMO Harris Customer Contact Center (CCC) is equipped with a TTY device to send and receive TTY calls from our clients who are deaf, deafened or hard of hearing or those with verbal disabilities.
To prevent fraud and increase customer security, TTY/TTD calls should be directed to the BMO Harris Customer Contact Center (1-888-340-2265).
The CCC uses ID Authentication (IDA), an enhanced authentication method, to identify customers.
