EnVision, WAVES, and StepAhead are the three enterprise-wide Employee Resource Groups that seek to foster an inclusive and barrier free workplace for persons with disabilities.
EnVision focuses on addressing issues for people who are partially sighted or blind. EnVision has led the way for adaptive technologies and solutions in the workplace. WAVES is an active affinity group for the deaf, deafened and hard-of-hearing employees. StepAhead focuses on identifying and solving barriers related to mobility.
