BMO Terms of Use for Digital Wallet

The following terms and conditions (these "Terms of Use") govern your use of any BMO Bank N.A. ("BMO") issued credit card or debit card (collectively, "Card") in digital wallets. When you add a BMO Card to a digital wallet, you agree to these Terms of Use:


  1. The cardholder agreement that governs your BMO Card applies when you use a digital wallet to make purchases or other transactions with a BMO Card.
  2. A digital wallet may not be accepted at all places where your BMO Card is accepted.
  3. BMO does not charge a separate fee for cardholders to use a digital wallet. Standard Card fees apply per the agreement applicable to your Card. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
  4. BMO is not the provider of the digital wallet. The digital wallet provider is solely responsible for the operation and maintenance of the digital wallet, and may suspend or delete a Card from an enabled device at any time, with or without the cardholder's permission.
  5. BMO maintains and shares your information as described in its Privacy Notice. When you add your Card to a digital wallet you agree that BMO may provide your information to the digital wallet provider in order to provide the services you have requested. Information you provide about your Card in the digital wallet will be collected by the digital wallet provider and will be subject to its privacy policy.
