What is enCircle? enCircle can best be described as a “concierge” service. Designed to provide both convenience and peace of mind, enCircle allows you to make the decisions about how your (or your family members) financial affairs will be managed and then step back from the day-to-day administration and let an enCircle Advisor do most of it for you. A dedicated enCircle Advisor will sit down with you to gain a full understanding of your financial affairs. Together you will agree on your specific financial needs and then the enCircle Advisor will look after the day to day administration of the details. Features of an enCircle account include: Bill Payment - facilitation of the timely payment of bills, electronic deposit of government and/or company pensions and the payment of any other items like gift-giving or charitable donations. Income Tax Preparation – collection of your tax information and coordination with an independent accounting firm to prepare and file your tax return on a timely basis. Investment Management – assessment of your investment objectives and development of an investment plan that best meets your goals and on-going management of your portfolio. Travel Insurance – if you plan on traveling and require travel medical insurance, the enCircle Program will provide assistance with the completion and processing of your BMO Travel Protection Plan application and arrange for premium payments to be paid on your behalf. Referral to Snowbird Services – if you require banking services while traveling in the U.S., an introduction will be made to a Harris Bank representative in one of our Harris Bank Offices in the U.S. If you prefer, arrangements can also be made to provide you with U.S. Dollar banking services in Canada. Estate and Trust Planning – an enCircle Advisor and our team of experts will work with you and your family members, if requested, to address any will and estate planning issues. Home Healthcare Information – you will be provided with an exclusive 1-800 number to call to obtain home and healthcare information pertaining to your personal situation. You can also receive complimentary healthcare publications and an enCircle Binder, which can be used to keep track of various health and finance related documents. Consolidated Statement Package - While an enCircle Advisor will look after the day to day administration of your financial affairs, you will be kept informed by receiving detailed statements summarizing the activity that has taken place in your enCircle Account.
